“Are you scheduled to work question?” for a Property Management Organization

This property management company worked with Preworkscreen to develop a solution regarding tracking whether or not users were reporting to work or not each day. If they answered “No” to the scheduled to work question, they were marked absent in the reports and were not required to screen so their employer knew their report to work status with ease. If they answered yes to the schedule to work question, they were required to take their daily screening as normal.

Collect Vaccination Records, Test Results, and Exemptions from Visitors

When you purchase a package of one-time use Visitor Screens, companies can customize the survey to collect Vaccination Records, Test Results, and Exemptions from Visitors through our secure document upload system. Companies can send out the Visitor Link or have visitors scan the QR code to attest their vaccination status and upload corresponding documents with ease. Companies can also ask a series of symptom screening questions along with the document upload requirement per their request.

Special Feature for Schools, Camps, and After School Programming

The school feature was developed with this in mind and with this option enabled, parents can create accounts and submit health-assessments for multiple children in their family attending the same school, camp, or after school program. This is a helpful functionality to organize and manage health data for younger students who do not the ability to submit their own tests electronically.

Features to Manage Sports Teams with Different Roles and Schedules

Preworkscreen partnered with a professional basketball league that needed to send reminders to their players, coaches, and staff at different times and days depending on their game and practice schedule. Preworkscreen also developed a way to assign different roles to each user such as player, coach, and staff so they would receive a specific set of questions based on this role.

Allow Employers to Collect Medical/Religious Exemption Documentation from Employees

To meet the requirements of several large companies collecting vaccination status, Preworkscreen has implemented a way to also collect Medical/Religious Exemption from Vaccination of COVID-19 from employees. Simply build it into your Vaccination Survey that employees fill out and anyone who answers they are not vaccinated can submit their exemption document to remain compliant. Employees can also request exemptions through this survey. For example, the admin of the account can share a blank exemption form with all employees under the Shared Documents section, the employee can download this document, fill it out, and upload it with their survey for their admin’s viewing. Administrators can also track the numbers of Medical/Religious exemptions within their staff.

Schedule Reminders for Different Shifts/Departments for Manufacturing Companies

A manufacturing company that have workers spread across several shifts throughout the day requested we develop a more customized assessment reminder scheduling function where they could set the reminder to go out at the company-wide, department-level, shift-level, or individual-level for their employees. This update to the scheduling feature ensures all employees receive text and email reminders at the time that makes the most sense for their work schedule. It also ensures that no one misses a daily screen and your organization is following the recommended state and CDC guidelines.

Translations in Several Different Languages

Preworkscreen supports many farms across Canada, some of which hire employees from across the world for the busy summer months. Preworkscreen implemented our mobile and desktop app completely in Spanish and Thai for these users. This made screening for non-native English speakers easy and seamless. Our mobile and desktop health screening app can also support many other languages as long as the customer provides the translation.

Customize Email coming from Preworkscreen to your Employees and Admins

Preworkscreen’s email notification system to employees is even more useful now that Administrators can create custom automatic recurring emails to send to their employees. Preworkscreen allows admins to customize Welcome Invitations to login into the program as well as screening, testing, and vaccination testing reminders and alerts to employees and administrators. The administrators now have the control to decide which admins receive notifications such as the failing screening alert, daily summary of daily screenings, and submitting positive COVID19 test alerts. Preworkscreen also can send weekly reminders to take the screening rather than daily if companies only require their employees to take the screen once a week.
