Customize When Assessment Reminders Go Out at the Company, Department, and Individual Level

One of Preworkscreen’s best features has now become even more useful for our customers. A few months ago, Preworkscreen began to allow employers to schedule when they want email and text reminders to their employees to go out each day. However, sometimes employees work at different times or shifts, so having a one size fits all scheduling solution didn’t exactly work for all users involved.

This is whyPreworkscreen has further improved this scheduling feature by allowing employers to:

• Set the reminder schedule at the company-wide, department-level, shift-level, or individual-level for their employees.
• Turn off the scheduling function altogether for select employees if they wish.
• Allow employees to override this schedule to set their own; enabling this part will be completely up to the employer.

This update to the scheduling feature ensures all employees receive text and email reminders at the time that makes the most sense for their work schedule. It also ensures that no one misses a daily screen and your organization is following the recommended state and CDC guidelines. The scheduled reminders can be set in the Account Settings of employer and employee accounts.
