Dr. Bin Xie, CEO of InfoBeyond Technology, Receives the 2021 Alumni Professional Award for Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Louisville

Congratulations – Dr. Bin Xie, CEO of the InfoBeyond Technology, is honored and humbled to receive the 2021 Alumni Professional Award for Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Louisville where he earned a Ph.D. degree, supervised by Professor Anup Kumar.

The Alumni Awards are the highest honor bestowed by the University of Louisville Alumni Association in order to recognize distinguished graduates who are exemplary ambassadors in engineering such as a major executive, educator, in government service, medicine or the humanities. Recipients reflect the high standing and character of their alma mater.

Dr. Xie is an International-recognized scientist in the areas of mobile computing & service, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity. He has co-authored/co-edited three books and published 70+ scientific articles in the prestigious IEEE conferences or journals. Dr.Xie served as a Review Panel Member of NIH Special Emphasis Panel on System Science and Health in the Behavioral and Social Sciences, ZRG1 HDM-Q (50), 2009- 2017. Successful Small Business Innovation & Research story in 2018 by the National Institute of Standards and Technology
Significant Contribution in Data Reliability and Security by IEEE Communication Society (IEEE Communications Quality and Reliability 2018)

Dr. Xie is currently leading the development of Preworkscreen that is a secure COVID-19 app to help governments and enterprises in the U.S. and Canada to maintain a safe workplace using state-of-art IT technology.
