Schedule Reminders for Employees to take Health Assessments

Infobeyond Technology has continued to make improvements to our Preworkscreen app to better fit the needs of our users. Customer feedback has played a large role in this as we strive to become the best employee COVID-19 screening app on the market. We are excited to announce that we have expanded the capabilities of our notification system to alleviate the burden of managing your company’s COVID-19 response.

Employers are now able to schedule when they want daily text and email reminders to go out to their employees to take health screenings. This includes selecting the specific date and times they want employees to receive these notifications. Simply, go to your admin account settings to set what time and days you want these reminders to go out. This helps ensure your employees never miss an assessment by scheduling these reminders in real-time! Combine this with the daily employee health summaries sent to administrators and you can rest assured that your employees are staying as safe as possible and always reporting their health status to the Preworkscreen system.
