How does Preworkscreen’s pricing for visitors work?
The first 5 screens a month are free. After that, companies can purchase monthly one-time use visitor screen packages from 1-100 screens for $50/month, 101-1000 screens for $300/month, 1001-5000 screens for $600/month, and 5000+ for $1000/month.
What if I only want to add employees and not visitor screens?
You are able to keep your free trial of visitor screens, while only purchasing daily screens for your employees.
What if I only want to add visitor screens and not employees?
You can add visitor screens without upgrading your current employee subscription.
When do I need to add more employees?
You will receive an email notification when you have more employees trying to register to your company’s account than you are subscribed for. You can add more employees by navigating to "Purchase and Billing", typing in the new total number of employees your company requires, and clicking "Proceed to checkout".
When do I need to add more visitors?
You will be notified via email if you use 75% of purchased number of screens. If you reach the maximum number of screens for the month, the visitor assessment will be deactivated unless you purchase more under “Purchase and Billing.
How much does Preworkscreen actually charge me?
Preworkscreen charges you monthly based on the maximum number of employees registered to your company’s account and the visitor screen package purchased for that particular month.
What are custom text messages?
Preworkscreen allows employers to send out custom texts to their employees by checking the box in the New Plan section. They are $0.35 extra per employee each month with the ability to send up to 50 texts to every employee each month.
How can I reduce my cost?
You can reduce the number of employees included in your subscription by navigating to "Purchase and Billing", typing in the new total number of employees your company requires, and clicking "Proceed to checkout". You will be required to deactivate employee accounts if the current number of active employees exceeds the number of employees included in your new subscription.
Can I use Preworkscreen if my plan doesn't include enough employees?
Employer functions will be limited to the number of employees included in your subscription. Additional employees will still be able to do their self-assessments but the company will not be able to see their results and include them in reports.
How can I remove employees from my subscription?
You can reduce the number of employees included in your subscription by navigating to "Purchase and Billing", typing in the new total number of employees your company requires, and clicking "Proceed to checkout". You will be required to deactivate employee accounts if the current number of active employees exceeds the number of employees included in your new subscription.
